Three step process

• Enter the data below.  The cost of each name tag is $13.00 which includes shipped to you.  You can order up to three at a time.  All will be shipped to the same address.  If you want them to go to different addresses, order them one at a time.

• Enter the characters at the bottom of the form then hit the Submit button.  You will be returned to this page.

• Hit the Paypal button to the right.  If you ordered more than one badge, remember to change the quantity in the Paypal form.
