I am aware of the hazards inherent with motor vehicle events and specifically release and indemnify the BCCC organizers and Palmetto Island County Park and its management collectively and separately, from any liability for personal injury or property damage incurred by me or my guests while participating in this event. The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs the release and waver of liability and indemnity agreement, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.

The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds unless the event is canceled by BCCC.

Traditional British Tea - The tea starts at 12 noon and ends at 2pm on Friday. It will be at the McLeod Plantation pavilion. The cost is $55 per person. Note that there is a limit of 48 guests so register soon.
